Looking for a relaxing holiday, then choose one of our delightful & charming self-catering cottages. Set at the foot of the Mendip Hills, Cheddar, in the beautiful county of Somerset. The jewel of England’s West Country.
Both cottages have been completely renovated & now offering a luxurious ambiance, home from home, all your needs catered for.
Cherry Tree Cottage offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms, sleeping four, with a cot or travel available too. A lovely king size bed in our master bedroom, with large twin singles in the other bedroom. Both rooms have their own private en-suite, with individual stairs to each room.
Apple Blossom Cottage, sleeps 2 and offers a lovely double bed, with private bathroom.
Our holiday accommodation is within easy walking distance of Cheddar village and the famous Cheddar Gorge. Perfect holiday cottages for couples or families. Delightful location for a peaceful, relaxing and comfortable stay at Spring Cottages, Cheddar. There are so many places to eat & drink, all within walking distance of the cottages. Try our local wines & beers, plus of course our delicious local cheeses.
Walking from your cottage door, you could be enjoying a walk on the Mendip Hills within 5 minutes. Rewarded with spectacular views of the Gorge & the surrounding countryside. There are many walks to suit everyone. Plus, if you want to bring bikes, these can be safely stored in our barn. There are also numerous golf clubs in the area too, all offering a great day out for golf.
The Cathedral City of Wells is just a short drive from the cottage. Bath is also a comfortable drive from the cottages, steeped in history from The Roman Baths to the beautiful Abbey. Glastonbury holds many charms too, the ruins of the Abbey and the famous Tor, which is a great walk. So much to see & do in the area, you won’t want to leave, but you will definitely want to come back.
